KIKI Health's Organic Psyllium Husks are completely non-GMO, free from pesticides, herbicides and insecticides. Made from the husks of the Plantago ovata plant (a type of Plantain). Psyllium Husks contain a variety of nutrients including soluble fibre, thiamin, niacin, riboflavin and vitamin B6.

Directions For Use

Adult intake: 1 to 2 capsules daily with (250ml) water. It is vital that you drink plenty of water when consuming Psyllium Husks and throughout the day afterwards.
