Organic Ceremonial Grade Matcha Powder - 30g

KIKI Health aim to produce the highest quality Matcha, each step is carefully defined and executed. The tea leaves are grown in Japan under a canopy of shade, which protects the plant from direct sunlight. This allows for the maximum amount of chlorophyll to develop, giving the tea leaves their emerald green color. While growing, the leaves are regularly hand-picked to insure their finest quality. Once picked, they are steamed and dried before being ground into a fine powder. When brewed, this Matcha will reveal its vibrant natural sweetness and lush umami taste.

Directions For Use

Add 1/2 – 1 teaspoon to a bowl or mug. Add 100ml cooled, cold or iced water, whisk vigorously until frothy. For a creamy latte: Replace some or all of the water with almond or coconut milk. Add a touch of organic cacao powder for a slightly sweeter drink ( a must try for coffee lovers) Try adding to desserts, smoothies and yogurts.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.
